The staff at Sofitel was incredibly helpful and friendly throughout my stay. From the moment I checked-in, they went above and beyond to ensure I had a comfortable and enjoyable experience. The room was clean and spacious, and the view from the window was breathtaking. The hotel also had a great pool area with a bar, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the stunning sea view. I had a wonderful stay at Sofitel and would definitely recommend it.

The breakfast buffet offers a range of juices, coffee, and hot milk. The room provides a view of the beach. The hotel staff honored a reservation, even though there was a mix-up. The staff provided excellent customer service, making the trip memorable. The concierge went above and beyond to retrieve our bags from the airport.

Very charming beachfront hotel with most rooms offering stunning sea views. the staff was friendly and always ready to assist, ensuring a relaxing stay. I particularly enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet and the excellent beach service. the hotel's prime location in the heart of Ipanema was a major plus, with easy access to the beach and nearby amenities.

Some of the waiters at the breakfast restaurant were not up to par. They were slow and often forgot our requests.

We stayed in a hotel located right across from the beach, with a breathtaking view of the ocean. Our room was spacious and well-maintained, providing ample space for all our clothes. We were impressed by the friendly and professional staff who made our stay comfortable. The breakfast buffet was delicious and had a wide variety of options. Additionally, we enjoyed the beach service and the convenience of having chairs and umbrellas provided.

From the moment I arrived to this hotel, I was amazed by the luxurious amenities and exceptional service. My room was beautifully decorated and equipped with exclusive facilities, while the bar/lounge area offered an amazing atmosphere and breathtaking views.

this was easily solved with some earplugs that the hotel kindly provided upon request.
